About Toolangi

Toolangi is a rural town located on the edge of the Toolangi State Forest. The name translates to an Aboriginal word meaning ‘tall trees’ which is no doubt relative to the forest of Mountain Ash.

The township itself hosts a primary school, fire brigade, Kiwifruit winery, the Toolangi Tavern, and the Toolangi sculpture trail. There are a range of houses in and around the town on varying size blocks, and larger acreage properties on the outskirts. Toolangi is a great place if you like fresh air, peace and quiet, fantastic views of green hills and wildlife.
