Appointed CEO in June 2023, Lisa has led Barry Plant through a dynamic period of evolution. Under her leadership, the company launched a bold rebrand that modernised its image and reaffirmed its commitment to trust, integrity, and exceptional client service. This initiative was recognised with Silver Awards at both the 2024 Melbourne Design Awards and the 2025 World Design Awards.
A forward-thinking strategist, Lisa excels at finding creative, agile solutions to complex challenges. Her leadership has resulted in substantial advancements in franchise operations, including the adoption of data-driven analytics and automation tools that have significantly improved efficiency and performance across the network.

Lisa's expertise in franchising spans decades, having held senior executive roles with two major national real estate brands. She brings deep experience in public relations, brand reputation, marketing, and crisis management.
