The AFL Grand Final has been run and won, (congratulations to all those supporters of the Brisbane Lions, and Fitzroy supporters for those with longer memories). This means that we have now reached a key moment in this year’s property market.

You see, the end of the football season tends to provide an annual signal that we are on the cusp of a clear run to the end of the Spring selling season. We’re half way through the school holidays, and apart from Cup Day, the market is now set for a period of uninterrupted opportunities for buyers and sellers in the run to the end of the year.

But, here’s the thing. If you look at your calendar, you can see that there are now just nine weekends remaining before the end of the season, and just another three after that before you’ll be focused on tinsel and wrapping paper!

That’s not a whole lot of time if you’re keen to bring your property plans to reality in 2025, is it?

So here’s the tip, if you want to make the most of the largely ‘distraction-free’ run from here to the end of the year, so that you can add a few extra reasons to be celebrating at the end of December, the time to start taking action is NOW.

That means getting the right advice, sourcing experienced assistance to ensure you tick all the boxes along the way, and putting a clear plan in place to ensure you stay on track to your best possible result.

So if you are weighing up your options, I would invite you to have a chat with one of the experienced local experts at Barry Plant Thomastown.

Why not give us a call during this week on 9466 3233?

We look forward to being of assistance.

Regards,

Con Constantinou
