In recent times, we have seen several examples of properties hitting the market and receiving written offers from buyers before the first Open House has been conducted. Enjoying a prime location within walking distance of shops, parks and transport options, this property attracted immediate interest from our large database of registered buyers, with first home buyers, investors and local downsizers all showing interest. Indeed, we had buyers wanting to make written offers as soon as the paperwork was available, effectively becoming an ‘off-market’ opportunity prior to hitting the internet.

In the end, some very happy first home buyers were able to seal the deal and are looking forward to bringing their dreams to reality in this central location.
