Alfie began his professional journey while still in high school, working at a large supermarket where his reliability and dedication saw him quickly progress into a supervisory role, he then moved into the world of hospitality and this early experience laid the foundation for the calm and consistent approach he brings to his career today.
Since joining our business, Alfie has taken a deliberate and well-considered path through real estate, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. He has worked in reception, accommodation, and operations before managing the sales admin desk at our Phillip Island office, where he worked closely with the sales team and developed an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end sales process. This broad background gives Alfie a genuine edge — he understands not just how to sell homes, but how the entire business functions behind the scenes.
As a sales agent, Alfie is known for his easy-going nature and ability to instantly put buyers and sellers at ease. He is approachable, genuine, and trusted by clients, never applying pressure, yet quietly skilled at creating competition and negotiating strong outcomes. Alfie also spends time working alongside the highly experienced and well regarded agent, Greg Davis, further strengthening his skillset and local market knowledge.
While Alfie’s calm and relaxed demeanour is one of his greatest strengths, behind the scenes, he is an extremely hard worker with a strong interest in property investment and development. Alfie purchased his first investment property at just 19 years of age and has plans to subdivide and develop it — a reflection of both his ambition and his long-term commitment to the industry.
