Part Time Receptionist - Maternity Leave Position
8-9 month Maternity Leave position to commence in October 2025.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have strong computer skills, experience with Agentbox and/or Property Tree (or similar software), and the ability to juggle competing priorities? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
About the role:
* Two days per week (Fridays & Saturdays)
* Real estate experience is preferred but not required
* Answering phones and providing administrative support to staff
* Database management
* Greeting clients
About you:
* Excellent presentation
* Bright and bubbly personality
* Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
* Initiative and a positive can-do attitude
* Looking for a stable, long-term role
Additionally, a high level of attention to detail, effective time management, and strong organizational skills will be highly regarded. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
