Promoter 

This competition is conducted by Barry Plant Emerald, located at 1/321 Main Road, Emerald. This offer is exclusive to the Barry Plant Emerald office and does not apply to other Barry Plant offices.

Competition Period 

The competition commences Tuesday 1st July, 2025 and concludes Sunday 31st August, 2025.

Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals who book an appraisal and/or list their property for sale through Barry Plant Emerald within the competition period.
• Only one entry is permitted per residential address. Employees of Barry Plant Emerald and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Participants who meet the above criteria will automatically be entered into the draw.

Prize

• Book an appraisal with us during the competition period to be eligible to go into the $1,000 Flight Centre draw.
• Book an appraisal and list your home for sale with us during the competition period to be eligible to go into the $2,000 Flight Centre draw.

Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected in a draw conducted on Tuesday 2nd September, 2025 at the Barry Plant Emerald office.

The draw will be conducted under the supervision of a representative from Barry Plant Emerald.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be selected at random and announced on our Facebook page on Tuesday 2nd September, 2025.

Specific Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
• If the property sale is canceled or withdrawn from the market, the entry will be deemed invalid.
