On Road Services – Property Management (Field Specialist Role)

This is a permanent, field-based position suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing a high level of client service. As a member of our On Road Services team, you will manage the key field responsibilities of Property Management, while working closely with our office team to ensure a seamless client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a professional and approachable service to clients
• Conduct thorough and accurate routine property inspections
• Manage open homes and leasing appointments with care
• Handle property keys with responsibility and accuracy
• Assist renters in finding a new home
• Identify and communicate maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• A valid driver’s licence
• A current police check
