Having lived in Melbourne’s CBD for the past seven years, Fred has developed a deep knowledge of Melbourne’s inner-city apartment market and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that comes with it. His first-hand experience of apartment living, combined with his own experience as a property investor, gives him valuable insight into what buyers, owners and investors look for across Docklands, Yarra’s Edge, Melbourne CBD and Southbank. As an investor himself, Fred understands the practical considerations and long-term thinking involved in owning an investment property, allowing him to connect with clients from both a professional and personal perspective.
Before entering real estate, Fred spent over 8 years working across marketing and law, developing expertise in branding, digital marketing, communication and negotiation. He now combines this experience with his knowledge of Melbourne’s inner city to create effective property campaigns and provide a personalised approach for every client.
Fred holds degrees in Law, Marketing and Accounting, giving him a broad commercial perspective and strong attention to detail throughout the property process. He is passionate about building genuine relationships with his clients and ensuring they feel informed and supported from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Fred is a self-confessed travel enthusiast and runs his own travel blog. Having visited 105 countries and counting, he loves discovering new destinations, experiencing different cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. Of Chinese and Indonesian heritage, Fred is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and also speaks basic Japanese, further reflecting his appreciation for language, culture and connecting with people from different backgrounds. He has also amassed an ever-growing collection of travel magnets, each one representing a destination and story from his travels.
